  • Student Details: Student's Full Name, Current Class / Grade (8th, 9th, or 10th).

  • Payment Information: Transaction ID and billing details. (We do not store credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs).

2. Purpose of Data Collection We use this information strictly to provide access to video lessons, send study materials (PDFs, DPPs), conduct doubt-solving sessions, and share important educational updates via WhatsApp and Email.

3. Parental Consent for Minor Students In compliance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act, as our students are primarily under 18 years of age, all enrollments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering, the parent provides verifiable consent for data processing. We strictly do not track student browsing habits, nor do we engage in targeted commercial advertising directed at children.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We utilize trusted secure third-party platforms strictly to manage our platform operations:

  • Learning Management & Automation Platform: We use Systeme.io to securely host student records, manage course enrollments, deliver digital content, and send communication.

  • Payment Processors: Authorized Indian payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay/UPI) to securely handle payment transactions without storing card details on our platform.

  • Communication Providers: Secure WhatsApp/Email service providers to deliver class schedules and study materials.

5. Data Retention and Security We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the educational services or comply with legal obligations.

6. Your Rights (Data Principal Rights) Parents/Guardians have full control over their data. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent for communications at any time.

By registering, enrolling in our courses, or accessing the Gyanpravah platform, students and their parents/legal guardians fully agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Paid Services & Supplementary Materials

  • Core Deliverable: The course fee is charged exclusively for 100% syllabus-aligned video lectures (recorded or live) and conceptual teaching. Complete delivery of the curriculum via lectures is our primary service.

  • Complimentary Resources: PDF notes, question banks, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), tests, and answer keys are complimentary supportive materials provided solely at Gyanpravah's discretion and operational convenience. Course pricing does not include separate charges for these downloadable materials.

2. Parental Responsibility & Consent

  • Parental Duty: Registrations and payments must be completed by a parent/guardian. Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's regular study routine and ensuring lecture completion.

  • Consent: Parents/guardians take full legal responsibility for their minor child's account activities on our platform.

3. Academic Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Marks: While Gyanpravah provides high-quality structured teaching, final examination scores, percentages, and academic results depend entirely on the individual student's dedication, consistent practice, and parental supervision.

  • Zero Liability: Gyanpravah holds absolute zero liability for academic underperformance, failure, or lower-than-expected marks in school or board exams.

4. Payments & Strict No-Refund Policy

  • Advance Payment: Course fees must be paid in full prior to the activation of course access.

  • Strict No-Refund: Due to the immediate digital delivery and instant access to educational content, all fees paid are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances (including change of mind, inability to attend, or device incompatibility).

5. Intellectual Property & Strict Anti-Piracy

  • Exclusive Ownership: All video lectures, PDFs, study notes, and tests are the exclusive intellectual property of Gyanpravah.

  • Strict Prohibition: Screen recording, taking screenshots, downloading, printing (without permission), or publishing materials on social media, Telegram, YouTube, or any commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate account termination without refund and legal action under Indian Copyright Laws.

6. Account Access & Technical Requirements

  • Single User Access: Course access is strictly granted for one single student per enrollment. Sharing login credentials, OTPs, access links, or collective viewing is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

  • User's Network & Devices: Seamless access requires a compatible device (Mobile/PC) and an active internet connection. Gyanpravah is not responsible for video buffering, playback issues, or app crashes arising from the user's slow internet, unsupported hardware, or local network faults.

7. Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines Any abusive language, spamming, personal attacks, or harassment in Gyanpravah's doubt-solving WhatsApp groups or support chats by students or parents is strictly prohibited. Gyanpravah reserves the right to immediately remove any user and terminate course access without notice or refund in case of misconduct.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Jurisdiction)

  • Applicable Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes, claims, or notices arising out of these services, platform usage, or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Sub-Divisional Court at sangamner, Ahilyanagar District, Maharashtra. India.
