General conditions of sale (GyanPravah)

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of GyanPravah. A "client" is considered to be any parent, guardian, or person making an order with Gyanpravah validated via our secure payment platform.

As our educational courses are designed for school students (minors), the purchase must be made by a parent or legal guardian who is over 18 years of age. By making this purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized parent/guardian of the student enrolling in the course.

Article 3: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to GyanPravah implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 4: Price

The prices are indicated in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of all applicable taxes. The price of courses can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of the order.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. You can pay securely via UPI, Credit/Debit card, or Net Banking. Secure online payment is processed through Razorpay. The information transmitted is encrypted and completely secure. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is the responsibility of Razorpay.

Article 6: Delivery (Digital Access)

Since our products are digital online courses, delivery is made electronically. Upon successful payment, you will instantly receive course access instructions and login details at the email address you provided during the checkout process. There is no physical delivery required.

Article 7: Protection of personal data

We respect your privacy. By entering your details on our site, you consent to our collection and use of this data for course enrollment, communication, and educational updates. You will receive emails containing course information. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails.
